Minifigures, counted separately

Complete & sealed sets, priced individually
If you've got complete sets with most pieces, or anything still sealed, those are valued one by one at their resale price — retired sets often beat their original RRP.
Condition adjustments
Light dirt is expected and we clean it. Heavy yellowing of older bricks, water damage, chew marks, drawn-on bricks, or a lot of non-Lego mixed in bring the figure down.

Do you buy Duplo?
Yes, Clearlot buys Duplo, but it is valued separately from standard Lego and at a lower per-kilo rate. Mention roughly how much Duplo is in the lot when asked.
What if my Lego is mixed with other brands like Mega Bloks?
A small amount of non-Lego mixed in is fine, but it lowers the value because it has to be sorted out. Lots that are mostly non-Lego or knock-off bricks are not bought. Let Clearlot know when asked so the estimate is accurate.
Do you buy sealed or brand-new Lego sets?
Yes. Sealed sets are valued individually at their current resale price. Retired sealed sets are often worth more than their original RRP.
Does it matter if the Lego is dirty or has yellowed?
Light dirt is expected and Clearlot cleans the Lego before resale, so it only slightly affects the offer. Heavy yellowing or sun-fading of older white and grey bricks, water damage, mould, or bricks with paint, glue or bite marks reduce the value more noticeably.
How do I get paid for my Lego?
